Before HPE foundation, Ladislav Adámek gained more than nine years of experience in the corporate environment, where he led development projects for top racing teams. During his corporate career, he participated in the development of the Porsche 919 Hybrid and F1 Ferrari SF70H, SF71H, and SF90 single-seaters.
Following ten years of experience in product development and leadership roles within a corporate environment, Ladislav Adámek established High Performance Engineering s.r.o. (HPE) in the summer of 2019.
At the end of 2019, we made a strategic decision that shaped the future direction of our company. This milestone marked the start of our cooperation with Škoda Auto, including direct involvement with the Škoda Motorsport department in the development of racing powertrains.
In early 2021, we expanded our portfolio into competitive racing. We started providing our customers with trackside engineering and racing support during race weekends, particularly in the area of engine management.
Another key milestone came at the turn of 2022, when we expanded our capabilities into internal combustion engine management and calibration sector.
