We are growing into the calibration field
Before founding his own company, Ladislav Adámek gained more than nine years of experience in the corporate environment, where he led development projects for top racing teams. During his corporate career, he participated in the development of the Porsche 919 Hybrid and F1 Ferrari SF70H, SF71H, and SF90 single-seaters.
After 10 years of gaining experience in technical development and people management in a corporate environment, Ladislav Adámek decided to strike out on his own and founded High Performance Engineering s.r.o (HPE) in the summer of 2019.
At the turn of 2019, we made a crucial decision that determined the future direction of our development. We managed to establish cooperation with Škoda Auto, a key partner for our company, where we are starting to work with the Škoda Motorsport department in the field of racing engine design.
At the beginning of 2021, we managed to expand our services into another very important area of motorsport, namely racing. We have started offering our customers racing and engineering support during competition weekends, particularly in the area of engine management.
Another milestone for us was the turn of 2022, when we expanded into another important area for us, namely the sector of calibration and combustion engine management.
